The numbers that matter, first thing
At launch, the home screen opens on your actual position: revenue, expenses, and profit for the period, with the change against the previous one. It is the same calculation the web dashboard uses, so the two never disagree.
Snap a receipt before you lose it
Photograph a receipt at the table and attach it to an expense on the spot. This is the single habit that saves the most work at VAT time, and it only works if the tool is in your pocket.

Create and send documents on the go

The Staks Agent works the same way on mobile: ask a question about your numbers, or ask it to draft an invoice or log an expense, and confirm the action before anything is saved. Conversations carry across devices.
Know the moment you get paid
Push notifications tell you when an invoice is paid, so you find out from your phone rather than from a bank statement three days later.

- When is the mobile app available?
- It is still in development, so there is no public download yet. Everything described here runs on the web app today at app.staksai.com, and the mobile app will use the same account and data when it launches.
- Will I need a separate subscription for it?
- No. It is a companion to the web app on the same account, organisation, and plan — you will sign in with the login you already use, and it is one backend, so there is no import, export, or sync step.
- Can I switch between businesses on mobile?
- Yes. If your account has more than one organisation, you can switch between them in the app the same way you do on the web.
- Is everything from the web app on mobile?
- The core workflows are — documents, expenses, customers, reports, accounting records, and the agent. A few advanced operations, such as bulk spreadsheet imports, are still handled on the web app.
